Organoleptic Qualities
Sight: Pale straw yellow with subtle and persistent perlage
Smell - Aromatic, delicate with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and orange flowers.
Taste - Lively, balanced, sweetness is well supported by acidity, persistent and aromatic aftertaste.
Pairings suggestions
With desserts, small pastries and semifreddos, cakes and biscuits.
