The hand-picked bunches are traditionally vinified with a long maceration of the skins with a submerged cap and at a controlled temperature. After racking after malolactic fermentation, the wine decants in stainless steel tanks.

Smell - intense, with fruity aromas, hints of cherry, strawberry and petunia stand out.
Taste - balanced, harmonious and fragrant, with good persistence.
Pairings suggestions
First courses and white meats, excellent with fish soups, semi-aged cheeses, it goes well with pizza. Excellent with the Abruzzo-style brodetto. Excellent as an aperitif.
