The most common red grape of Abruzzo
The must is obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes, after a 24 hours contact with the skins at low temperature, ise fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperature.
In stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months.
Organoleptic Qualities
Sight - bright cherry red.
Smell - floral, intense; with fruity aromas, hints of cherry, blackberry and currant stand out.
Taste - intense, harmonious and fragrant, with excellent persistence.
Pairings suggestions
Delicate first courses and white meats, semi-aged cheeses. Terrific with fish soup.
To this Rosé wine we pay particular attention. It is vinified in small quantities, only in the years that guarantee the quality we desire: each harvest has its peculiarities
