Vinificazione: the must obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes, after a 24 hours contact with the skins at low temperature, ise fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperature

Affinamento: in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months

Caratteristiche Organolettiche:
Vista - bright cherry red
Olfatto - floral, intense; with fruity aromas characterized by hints of cherry, blackberries and currrants
Sapore - intense, harmonious and fragrant, with good persistence.

Gradazione Alcolica: 13,0 % vol.

Abbinamenti: delicate first courses and white meats, semi-matured cheese, excellent with fish-based soups
