Vine: Montepulciano
Production Area: province of Chieti hills

Vinification: the bunches, destemmed, after the addition of selected yeasts are put to ferment in stainless steel tanks; the floating cap created from the skins is kept continuously wet. At the end of fermentation, after 7-8 days, the spraying of the skins goes on for other 8-10 days, in order to extract all the useful substances.

Ageing: stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months

Organoleptic qualities:
Sight – dark red with purple hues.
Smell - fruity, with hints of plum, blackberry and black cherry jam.
Taste – full, harmonious, with long persistence.

Alcohol: 13 % vol.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C

Serving Suggestions: savory first courses typical of Abruzzo cuisine, grilled or baked red meat, pecorino or cow seasoned cheese. This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is produced in our Cellar using traditional methods.
