Vine: White Moscato and Moscato Saraceno

Vinification: Layering harvest for aromatic concentration of the remaining bunches harvested 20 days later. Vinification in reduction with maceration at low temperature, soft pressing and static cleaning of the must. Fermentation at low temperature and subsequent stabilization of the base wine.

Refermentation: in autoclave for about 12 days and short period of ageing in bottle before commercialization.

Organoleptic Qualities:
Sight: Pale straw yellow with subtle and persistent perlage
Smell - Aromatic, delicate with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and orange flowers.
Taste - Lively, balanced, sweetness is well supported by acidity, persistent and aromatic aftertaste.

Alcohol: 6,5 % vol.

Serving Suggestions: with desserts, small pastries and semifreddos, cakes and biscuits.
