Vinification: S.Giacomo Wines, sold unpackaged in the surrounding areas since the first harvest in 1971, were packaged in an : after a quick soft pressing- destemming, separated the skins, the must is put to ferment with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks

Organoleptic Qualities:
Sight – deep straw yellow
Smell - Intense, citrusy, with hints of honey and yellow peach.
Taste - well-structured, balanced, with good acidity, with a lingering and pleasant aftertaste.

Alcohol: 13,0 % vol.

Serving Suggestions: tasty fish-based dishes, roast, but is perfect also with white meat and medium-aged cheeses. It is a White to which we pay particular attention. With a manual vinification in small quantities, only in vintages that guarantee the quality we desire: each vintage has its own peculiarities.
