Vinification: The must obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at low  temperature, is fermented at controlled temperature.

Aeging: in stainless steel tanks

Organoleptic qualities:
Sight - bright cherry red.
Smell - intense, with fruity aromas characterized by hints of cherry, strawberry and petunia.
Taste - Balanced, harmonious and fragrant, with good persistence.

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol.

Serving Suggestions: first courses and white meat, excellent with fish-based soups, semi-matured cheeses,good with pizza. Delicious with Abruzzo style fish soup. Great as aperitif.
