Vinification: : manual harvesting of the bunches, cryo-maceration of the pressed grapes, soft pressing and decantation of the free-run must, thermo-controlled fermentation.

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks

Organoleptic qualities:
Slight - straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Smell - fresh and pleasantly fruity (hints of peach and apple) with acacia floral notes.
Taste - fragrant and harmonious, dry wine, full-bodied and persistent.

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol.

Serving Suggestions:well combined with all fish-based dishes , perfect with white meat, delicate and mildly seasoned cheeses. Excellent as aperitif.
