Vinification: Hand picked grapes are traditionally vinified with a long maceration of the skins at submerged cap and at controlled temperature. The wine, after the racking at completed malolactic fermentation, decants into stainless steel tanks.

Ageing: in big barrels and barrique

Organoleptic Qualities
Sight - ruby-red with light purple reflections
Smell - complex and intense, with strong scents of black cherry, plum and blackberry
Taste - rich and full, with great power and soft tannicity, with a lasting and pleasant aftertaste

Alcohol: 13,5 % vol.

Serving Suggestions: first courses based on juicy sauce, vegetable soups, roasts and grilled meat . Excellent with medium-long aging cheeses.
